7. Refunds
Professional services fees are non-refundable once commenced. Software refunds follow vendor terms.

Website content belongs to Slab Grounds. Client deliverables governed by individual agreements.
9. Liability
Liability limited to fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding twelve months.

Republic of Singapore. Disputes subject to Singapore courts.
